Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or as account credit. Chargebacks through payment providers immediately suspend all services linked to your account until resolved.
In cases where clients accidentally pay an invoice multiple times or pay the wrong amount:

Upon detection of abuse, we may immediately suspend or terminate your account without a refund. Abuse complaints will be forwarded to you and must be resolved within the provided timeframe. Repeated or severe violations can result in permanent blacklisting from our services.
