Customizing Your Server MOTD
Personalize your Minecraft server’s Message of the Day with custom text that appears in the server list for all players.
1. Locate Server Configuration
Section titled “1. Locate Server Configuration”- Open File Manager from your control panel and find the
server.propertiesfile. - Look for the line containing
motd.
2. Add Your Custom Message
Section titled “2. Add Your Custom Message”- Replace the existing text with your personalized message.
3. Apply Your Changes
Section titled “3. Apply Your Changes”- Save the configuration file and reboot your server to display the updated MOTD.
